Job Title: Shingle Recycling Sales Representative

FLSA Classification: Exempt

Position Type: Full-Time

Typical Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $60k with an opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

About the role

Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shingle Recycling Sales Representative to join there growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and possess the drive and work ethic necessary to generate new sales within the roofing and shingle manufacturing industries.

What you'll do

  • Build relationships with roofing companies, contractors and industry professionals.
  • Promote and sell the benefits of bringing discarded shingles and inert materials to SCM for recycling. 
  • Drive new sales by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing deals.
  • Educate clients on SCM’s services and sustainable solutions for material recycling. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Networking: Attend roofing & shingle events / conferences.
  • Collaborate with the operations team on streamlining logistics for incoming loads. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent education.
  • Bilingual English & Spanish communication skills 
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a “Go-Getter” mentality.
  •  Ability to work in the field independently  
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
