Requirements
- 3 years in an operational leadership role within supply chain, logistics, or production environments
- Must be fluent in either Cantonese or Mandarin to manage key partner communications
- Strong track record of managing workflows, coordinating teams, and meeting tight production deadlines
- Ability to maintain daily operational oversight, with a focus on continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Experience in consumer packaged goods, food logistics, or fast-paced distribution hubs is highly desirable
- Exceptionally organized, with a sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to solving problems
- Confident communicator capable of navigating vendor relations and cross-functional collaboration
- Adaptable mindset with a hands-on approach—ready to lead from the floor and take initiative wherever needed
