Idaho vacation rental company is hiring a Sales Account Manager to expand their portfolio of vacation rental homes in this market!
You will sell their property management services to homeowners by conducting inbound and outbound sales, and developing local referral networks and strategic partnerships. If you work with integrity, enjoy collaboration and consistently exceed targets… then let's talk!
Sales Account Manager Benefits:

Sales Account Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- Local to Idaho and a valid Idaho driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
- Proven sales results in the vacation rental or timeshare industry
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Proficient with strategic prospecting, cold outreach, lead management, appointment setting, presentations, and deal closures
- Expert relationship builder and networker
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to seek feedback and support
Sales Account Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Idaho Real Estate license (active)
- Real estate or property management experience
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace and cloud-based systems
- Existing portfolio and network of contacts
