Restaurant Manager / Event Planning Manager Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in fine dining management, event planning, or catering
  • Open availability, including nights and weekends
  • Proven supervisory skills with an ownership mindset
  • Excellent communication and guest-service focus
  • Basic financial literacy (COGS, labor) and computer proficiency

Restaurant Manager / Event Planning Manager Role Responsibilities

  • Lead front-of-house operations with a visible, guest-first presence
  • Ensure 100% table touch to deliver personalized hospitality
  • Plan, coordinate, and expand in-house events, private dining, and catering
  • Manage reservations, kitchen coordination, guest check-ins, and expediting
  • Cross-train and support staff across bar, host, running food, and bussing roles
  • Develop and lead beverage training (liquor, beer, wine) programs
  • Assist with basic financial tracking and reporting (Excel)
  • Collaborate with culinary and ownership teams to elevate service
