We’re looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to grow private dining and catering sales while supporting front-of-house service. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and love building client relationships, this could be your next move.
Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure private dining, catering, and group event business through cold calling, outreach, and networking
- Oversee event details and client communication using Tripleseat and OpenTable
- Be present for events to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Assist with daily operations, especially managing the host stand and guest flow
- Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service before, during, and after events
Sales Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years of hospitality sales experience, ideally in private dining or catering
- Front-of-house or floor leadership experience in a restaurant setting
- Comfortable using reservation and event platforms (Tripleseat, OpenTable)
- High attention to detail and client service
- Open availability, including evenings and weekends
- Spanish fluency is a plus
