You'll partner closely with the Executive Chef to drive excellence in every dish, mentor an ambitious kitchen team, and play a key role in shaping the guest experience from the back of the house.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end or fine-dining setting
  • Natural leadership and a hands-on approach to coaching kitchen talent
