We are seeking an Chef de Cuisine for an renowned destination restaurant in Los Angeles. This opportunity is ideal for a passionate, high-energy Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager with a track record of success in high-volume, high-quality restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will bring experience from from high-volume upscale scratch kitchen restaurants with annual revenues exceeding $15 million. Chef de Cuisine Benefits/Compensation:

Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years as an Chef de Cuisine in an upscale, high-volume restaurant and banquet operations ($15MM+ annual revenue)
  • 5+ years of progressive tenure in high-volume, upscale or fine dining restaurants
  • Strong leader with expertise in training and development, problem solving, financial management, organization, communication, and driving results
  • Culinary degree preferred
