Assistant Kitchen Manager (Seasonal-Summer)
Location: Cape Cod, MA
Compensation: $1,500 to $1,800 per week + Free Housing
Assistant Kitchen Manager (Seasonal-Summer)
This celebrated waterfront dining destination is seeking an experienced and creative Assistant Kitchen Manager to support our Kitchen Manager and culinary team for the 2025 season. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your talent in a bustling, seasonal environment while enjoying the vibrant energy of Cape Cod, MA.
Assistant Kitchen Manager (Seasonal-Summer) Responsibilities:
- Support kitchen operations and Kitchen Manager, ensuring quality and presentation
- Develop and execute seasonal menus featuring locally sourced ingredients and fresh seafood
- Basic administrative duties, including scheduling, ordering, and inventory
- Monitor and control costs and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Assistant Kitchen Manager (Seasonal-Summer) Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Assistant Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Head Chef
- Knowledge of seafood and contemporary coastal cuisine
- Strong management, communication, and organizational skills
- High volume experience
Assistant Kitchen Manager (Seasonal-Summer) Perks:
- Weekly pay: $1,500 – $1,800 (based on experience)
