We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our mission-driven team and serve as the vital link between clients, families, and caregivers.
In this role, you’ll support clients from onboarding through ongoing care—ensuring they feel heard, supported, and satisfied with the services they receive. If you’re compassionate, organized, and love building relationships, this opportunity is for you.
Senior Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for personal care clients and their families
- Conduct client check-ins and home visits to assess satisfaction and care needs
- Coordinate closely with care teams to ensure high-quality, consistent service
- Address concerns, communicate updates, and ensure seamless service delivery
- Support caregiver-client relationship success with ongoing feedback and communication
Senior Account Executive Qualifications:
- 2+ years in home care, personal care, healthcare coordination, or client services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities with grace and professionalism
- Passion for supporting older adults or individuals needing extra care at home
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and care documentation systems
