Associate Litigation Attorney Compensation & Benefits:

Associate Litigation Attorney Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • 1-3 years of litigation experience
  • Skilled in depositions, witness examinations, and motion practice.
  • OH Bar admission in good standing
  • Manage litigation cases in state and federal courts from inception to appeal.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents; prepare for hearings, depositions, and trial
  • Capable of managing a caseload both collaboratively and independently
