We are in search of a creative, visionary Executive Chef for our intimate, fine-dining restaurant experience. Candidates must have a high level pedigree and experience as an Executive Chef in a fine-dining environment. Candidates must be highly creative, have an eye for detail, and robust business skills. This position is based in Key West, FL and all candidates must work and live in this area.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as an Executive Chef with P&L responsibilities
  • 5+ years in culinary leadership for fine dining restaurants
  • High level of creativity and food knowledge
  • Highly ambitious and eager to present their food and style to the public
  • Desire to live and work in Key West

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Manage the culinary team with integrity, consistency, and professionalism
  • Work in concert with FOH leadership to ensure smooth and professional service
  • Create menu items and specials that are appealing, seasonal, and profitable
  • Create a dining experience for the guest that is memorable and unique
  • Manage COGs and Labor responsibly
  • Other duties as assigned
