One of your favorite restaurants is in need of an upscale Executive Kitchen Manager. Must be hands-on, have the ability to manage a tenured team, and can confidently ensure the team is well prepared and equipped to turn out the highest quality food. We are looking for the best!  Our Executive Kitchen Manager positions do not come available often, so we are searching for the best of the best to join our family.

Executive Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supervises all culinary activities
  • Oversees and guides a tenured team of over 30
  • Oversees, resolves issues, and follows up with team members – holding all accountable
  • Creates and adjusts staff schedules to meet demand and budgets
  • Adheres to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • Understands and works to financial guidelines

Executive Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years' experience in an upscale casual scratch kitchen environment required as Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager
  • A natural tendency to lead
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment – over $10 million in annual sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
