We’re hiring a Bar & Events Manager to help lead unforgettable experiences in the heart of Wyoming’s wild beauty. This is a rare opportunity for someone who values community, hospitality, and the freedom of life off the beaten path. This is a WORKING BARTENDER position with additional responsibility for bar management, events, and marketing.

Bar & Events Manager Requirements:

  • A hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves — no egos, no titles
  • Strong bar knowledge and comfort managing full-service beverage operations
  • Able to coordinate and execute events ranging from casual cookouts to upscale gatherings
  • Comfortable jumping into whatever’s needed: pouring drinks, setting tables, unloading supplies, or greeting guests
  • Organized and able to manage schedules, inventory, and vendors while keeping the guest experience top of mind
  • Must be flexible, positive, and open to variety — no two days are the same here!

Bar & Events Manager Benefits:
