Are you an Estimator who thrives in public works, grading, and underground infrastructure? Want to work with a powerhouse in civil construction—delivering high-impact water, sewer, and transportation projects across California?
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed take-offs for earthwork, structures, utilities
- Build competitive estimates using HCSS Heavy Bid or similar
- Collaborate with top-tier PMs and engineers
- Lead bid submittals from scope to submission
- Contribute to projects from preconstruction to post-bid debriefs
Qualifications:
- 10+ years estimating heavy civil & public works
- Mastery of bid tech, tools & cost strategy
- Strong grasp of plans/specs/quantities
- Confidence dealing with municipalities & subcontractors
