We are seeking a Construction Program Manager to oversee a high-profile, $54 million turnkey stem cell research facility currently under development in Cairo, Egypt. This is a unique opportunity to lead a groundbreaking international project from our U.S. office while supporting cross-continental collaboration and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project coordination from the U.S. office
Serve as the communication bridge between U.S. stakeholders and the Egyptian team
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and compliance with GMP, GLP, and international standards
Respond to urgent project needs that may arise on Sundays due to Egypt’s Sunday–Thursday workweek
Travel to Cairo as needed (typically no more than once per month)

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of construction management experience
Prior involvement in international or government-backed construction projects preferred
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work full-time on-site in Coral Gables, FL
