Office Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the business office day to day operations
• Ensure timely communication with inquiries
• Request and maintain workplace safety certificates and insurance coverage
• Manage all phases of job progress with software, notes and records
• Assist other team members and foster a positive working relationship will all departments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Office Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Office Manager
• Strong communication skills
• Valid drivers license with clean record
• Proficiency in file management and documentation
