Corporate Controller – Relocation to Philadelphia

Seeking a Corporate Controller to join a fast-moving, innovation-driven manufacturing company. This role is critical to global financial operations, with oversight across domestic and international entities.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in a leadership role within accounting & finance in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Experience with foreign currency and transactions
•  Highly experienced with M&A, cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis/reporting/modeling/forecasting
• High proficiency in ERP systems and system integrations; advanced Excel
• Current passport with the ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all accounting functions (A/P, A/R, G/L) across domestic and international operations
• Deliver accurate, GAAP-compliant financial statements and forecasts in a high-volume environment
• Strengthen global controls and ensure compliance with international tax and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the CFO and executive team on financial strategy and long-term planning
• Lead ERP optimization and financial process innovation to support rapid growth
• Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team across regions
