Project Manager – Drywall Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee multiple drywall projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks impacting project timelines or budgets.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong understanding of drywall installation, metal stud framing, and acoustical ceiling systems.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize project management software (e.g., OST, Quick Bid) to track project progress and generate reports.

Project Manager – Drywall Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial drywall, metal stud framing, and acoustical ceiling framing.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
