Resort Executive Chef Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee kitchen operations for all events and outlets as it relates to the property
  • Creative event and menu planning
  • Financial and operational report management
  • Assistant the F&B Director with operational projects and duties
  • Help grow the brand name in the surrounding community

Resort Executive Chef Qualifications Include:

  • Full-Service Hotel / Resort experience is a must
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
  • Positive career movement on resume
  • Hands-on and able to put the guest first
  • Likes being able to work in a remote location or outdoors in a park is a plus
