Resort Executive Chef Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee kitchen operations for all events and outlets as it relates to the property
- Creative event and menu planning
- Financial and operational report management
- Assistant the F&B Director with operational projects and duties
- Help grow the brand name in the surrounding community
Resort Executive Chef Qualifications Include:
- Full-Service Hotel / Resort experience is a must
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Positive career movement on resume
- Hands-on and able to put the guest first
- Likes being able to work in a remote location or outdoors in a park is a plus
