Restaurant Junior Manager Requirements & Qualifications::

  • 1+ years of management experience in an upscale-casual, scratch kitchen environment
  • No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong beer, liquor and wine knowledge
  • Full-service dining background

Restaurant Junior Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Solid work ethic with a keen eye for detail
  • Guest-focused, calm under pressure, high-energy with a positive attitude
  • Cultivate meaningful guest relationships and build sales
  • Ability to mentor and coach staff through a people-first approach
