Restaurant Junior Manager Requirements & Qualifications::
- 1+ years of management experience in an upscale-casual, scratch kitchen environment
- No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong beer, liquor and wine knowledge
- Full-service dining background
Restaurant Junior Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Solid work ethic with a keen eye for detail
- Guest-focused, calm under pressure, high-energy with a positive attitude
- Cultivate meaningful guest relationships and build sales
- Ability to mentor and coach staff through a people-first approach
