What You’ll Do:
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for our clients, providing top-notch service and ensuring their insurance needs are met. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing and servicing an established book of personal lines clients
- Quoting and rating personal insurance products to ensure optimal coverage Communicating with clients and underwriters to address inquiries and find solutions
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service. You should have:
- An active Insurance Broker’s License
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A natural ability to build rapport, problem-solve, and navigate client needs
- A disciplined, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
