Our client is a direct to consumer brand that is looking for a highly-qualified Vice President of Performance Marketing with a strong digital marketing background to support their growing consumer packaged goods brand. This role is fully remote with quarterly travel.

VP of Performance Marketing Perks:

VP of Performance Marketing Minimum Requirements:

  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) performance marketing experience within the last 2 years
  • Direct to Consumer (DTC) performance marketing experience within the last 2 years
  • Non-household brand (without brick and mortar locations) performance marketing experience within the last 2 years
  • 5+ years of digital performance marketing experience heavily focused on customer acquisition of a CPG DTC brand
  • Recent experience being responsible for an average of $1 MM/month ad spend for ONE brand on Meta (only)
  • Hands-on keyboard experience (this is an individual contributor role as well as an executive leadership role)
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and have an in-depth understanding of statistical analysis
