This is a Front of the House Manager position focused on overseeing fine dining service operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience, and managing staff for a premier steakhouse in the vibrant Houston dining scene.

 

This role requires expertise in hospitality management tools and techniques, offering a competitive salary in a dynamic, upscale environment.

Front of the House Manager Benefits and Compensation: 

 

·       Competitive base salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually

Front of the House Manager Qualifications: 

 

·       Proficiency with restaurant management software

·       Expertise in all fine dining service standards and guest relations 

·       Experience in staff scheduling and training for front-of-house teams 

·       Ability to manage high-volume, high-pressure dining periods 

·       Knowledge of beverage programs, including wine and cocktail service 

·       Capability to uphold food safety and service regulations

 

Front of the House Manager Preferred Background: 

 

·       Prior experience in fine dining or steakhouse front-of-house management 

·       3+ years of professional hospitality management experience 

·       Strong understanding of guest service metrics and feedback systems 

·       Familiarity with Houston’s fine dining trends and guest expectations 

·       Ability to curate exceptional dining experiences with attention to detail 

·       Excellent communication skills for team and guest interaction
