What You’ll Be Owning:

• Set the tone on the floor and ensure every guest leaves glowing
• Champion the guest experience from open to close, especially for VIPs and regulars
• Build, write, and refine the service playbook—and make sure it’s lived daily
• Coach, mentor, and hold staff accountable with grace and consistency
• Be visibly present, leading every shift from the front with integrity and flair

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of leadership in high-end restaurant or steakhouse settings
• You’ve led teams and crafted guest-first service cultures that shine
• Kosher service experience? Huge plus, but not required
• Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
• Poised, polished, and passionate about delivering excellence
