Bridge Estimator / Project Manager – Indiana (Hybrid Work Schedule Available)
Join a respected leader in heavy civil construction and infrastructure projects, known for delivering high-quality bridge, grading, and paving work across Indiana and the Midwest. We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bridge Estimator / Project Manager to join our team and contribute to a growing portfolio of INDOT and KYTC projects.
Bridge Estimator / Project Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Bridge Estimator / Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience estimating bridge, grading, or drainage work for INDOT, KYTC, municipal, or commercial projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and digitizing takeoff software
• Experience working with INDOT and KYTC specifications and standards
• Ability to manage project documentation, coordinate takeoffs, and assist with field execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams
• Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
• Self-starter who can work independently and in team environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent hands-on experience
Bridge Estimator / Project Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
• Familiarity with HCSS HeavyBid / HeavyJob
• Field experience on bridge or civil projects
• Strong understanding of billing cycles, contract documents, and project financials
• Experience supporting project managers and superintendents with real-time decisions and issue resolution
