General Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team while upholding brand standards
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and team development to build future leaders
- Ensure operational excellence, safety, and cleanliness with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction
- Drive financial performance—monitor costs, manage budgets, and control expenses
- Oversee shift operations, engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences
- Maintain accountability for cash handling, inventory, and administrative duties
- Foster a positive and respectful culture where every team member can thrive
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and continuously improve the business
General Manager Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility required
- Back-of-house (BOH) knowledge is a plus
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)
- Familiar with restaurant performance metrics and food safety standards
- Proven accountability, reliability, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to upholding a safe and respectful working environment
