General Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team while upholding brand standards
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and team development to build future leaders
• Ensure operational excellence, safety, and cleanliness with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction
• Drive financial performance—monitor costs, manage budgets, and control expenses
• Oversee shift operations, engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences
• Maintain accountability for cash handling, inventory, and administrative duties
• Foster a positive and respectful culture where every team member can thrive
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and continuously improve the business

General Manager Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility required
• Back-of-house (BOH) knowledge is a plus
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)
• Familiar with restaurant performance metrics and food safety standards
• Proven accountability, reliability, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs
• Commitment to upholding a safe and respectful working environment
