Melt Shop Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe operations of the melt shop
- Manage safe flow of all materials utilized in the production process
- Determine alloy additions required
- Monitor and participates in repairs
- Train, evaluate, direct, and discipline team
- Act as a liaison between other production teams
Melt Shop Supervisor Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Leadership skills and management experience
- Understanding of Melt Shop operations and Safety
Melt Shop Supervisor Benefits:
