Sales Manager Compensation

Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in entertainment or education sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated leadership in sales management, including direct and partnership sales, onboarding, and team development
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong ability to manage sales operations and time effectively in a remote setting
  • Responsibilities include overseeing nationwide field trip sales, developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, collaborating across departments, and attending industry events
