Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $70,000–$80,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually stunning content for social platforms, marketing campaigns, events, and brand video initiatives
  • Lead projects from concept through post-production, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and delivering final assets
  • Uphold and enhance the brand’s luxury visual identity across all content
  • Keep up with the latest trends in video, social media, and digital storytelling to ensure creative relevance
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, branding, and content
  • Organize and manage video production equipment and studio resources
  • Bring new ideas and techniques to elevate visual narratives and push creative boundaries

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production/editing, ideally in lifestyle, fashion, or premium brand environments
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Final Cut Pro
  • Strong understanding of editing techniques, motion graphics, color grading, and storytelling
  • Hands-on experience with lighting, directing, and producing both short- and long-form video content
  • Bonus: Familiarity with 3D design or audio tools such as Cinema 4D, Maya, Nuke, or sound design software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field preferred
  • Proactive and organized with a passion for visual storytelling and working under deadlines
