Restaurant General Manager/Managing Partner Responsibilities:
- Exceed the expectations of every guest every time – it's what we do!
- Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable
- Work with the team on the floor from the host desk to the tables to the kitchen
- Control all costs and manage high standards of service while paying attention to details
- Train, coach, and direct team – set the bar high and never underdeliver
Restaurant General Manager/Managing Partner Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a general management role of an independent restaurant group
- Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly and outgoing, coach mentality, lead by example, uphold restaurant standards, clear and direct communicator with tons of passion for the guest experience and the team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting
- Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships – attitude and drive are everything
- Passionate about your team and the overall guest experience
- ServSafe Certified
