We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Safety & QC Manager to lead and maintain all safety and quality control programs at our large-scale dog food manufacturing facility. This role ensures our products meet the highest safety standards and comply with all regulatory and customer requirements.
Food Safety Manager Benefits:

Food Safety Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in food safety or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of FDA, USDA, and AAFCO regulations
- HACCP and PCQI certification required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage audits, documentation, and cross-functional teams
Food Safety Manager Key Duties:
- Oversee all food safety, quality control, and sanitation programs
- Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP and food safety plans
- Lead internal and external audits; ensure regulatory compliance
- Investigate and resolve product quality issues or complaints
- Train and supervise QC staff to ensure accurate and consistent procedures
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to maintain product integrity
