A renowned luxury resort is seeking an experienced and passionate Banquet Chef to lead Its banquet kitchen operations. This is a prime opportunity to shape and execute exceptional dining experiences for on-site and off-site events while guiding a talented culinary team to success. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Direct the banquet culinary program, delivering top-tier cuisine for events both at the resort and off-site
  • Partner with front-of-house and member relations teams to create bespoke menus that impress and inspire
  • Mentor and manage a team of skilled culinary professionals, fostering growth and excellence
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and leadership team to ensure seamless culinary operations across the resort
  • Uphold impeccable quality, presentation, and consistency in line with luxury hospitality standards
  • Oversee inventory control, food cost management, and kitchen compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership culinary role such as Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or Chef de Cuisine, ideally in a high-end resort or hotel setting
  • A strong background in banquet and catering execution, including experience with off-site functions
  • A collaborative, service-oriented leader with a positive and progressive mindset
  • Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills
  • A proven track record of cross-departmental collaboration and delivering memorable guest experiences
