Director of Nursing Requirements:
- Active and unencumbered RN License in SD
- 2+ Years experience in Senior Living
- Management/Leadership experience
Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to day operations of the nursing department
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of resident care and safety
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents' health status and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance management of nursing staff.
