Executive Chef Catering Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary: $90,000–$110,000
- Annual bonu: attainable, performance based, paid annually
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision benefits

Executive Chef Catering Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Executive Chef, Executive Sous or CDC in high-volume a high volume catering operation $6M+is
- Proven ability to manage large-scale production and multiple event types with culinary excellence
- Must be able to step into a high-performing team with limited formal training structure
- Strong leadership style that mentors, motivates, and builds loyalty
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; familiarity with Prism and Tripleseat a plus
Executive Chef Catering Preferred Background & Skills:
- Strong design sense and attention to aesthetic presentation
- must have a broad range of culinary styles and be experienced working with a variety of cuisines
- Deep curiosity and passion for keeping up with culinary trends
- Calm, professional demeanor; assertive but kind and approachable leadership style
