Hello!  

We’re looking for someone with serious career drive and kitchen “chops” to be our next long-term San Francisco, CA Chef de Cuisine (Fine/Upscale backgrounds)

Chef Responsibilities:

  • Leading, coaching, developing people through positivity in a cuisine-focused, farm-to-table environment
  • Full responsibility for accuracy in flavors, operations, costing, reporting, purchasing, receiving, preparation, service times, plating and product quality.
  • Monitoring, enforcing and perfecting processes and controls.
  • Responsible for organizing farmer's market visits
  • Open Tues to Saturday, Dinner service only

Chef Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years solid, steady experience as Exec Sous Chef or CDC in Chef-driven concepts similar
  • Must have volume experience of 2M or higher and Food Handler certificate through Health Dept
  • Must be absolutely even-keeled, organized, diplomatic and able to instill the necessary sense of priority.
  • Very strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Must be able to have transparent and mature conversations both with teams and leadership.
