A fast-growing, family-owned accounting firm located in Westchester County, just outside of White Plains is hiring a Senior Tax Professional to lead its tax practice. The firm has quietly tripled in size over the past seven years, built on deep client relationships, hands-on service, and a team-first culture that values results over red tape.

This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned tax leader to take ownership of a thriving client base, shape the direction of the firm, and step into a long-term leadership role with real impact.

Tax Partner Requirements & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of public accounting experience
  • Expertise in individual and business tax strategy and compliance
  • Experience with real estate audits (especially apartments/condos) strongly preferred
  • Background in both small and large firms a plus
  • CPA required
  • Strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage complex engagements
  • Leadership mindset. Willing to mentor staff and drive firm-wide growth
  • Thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
