What You'll Do:
- Lead accounting team initiatives involving third-party system implementations and integrations
- Support annual financial audits by coordinating timely delivery of required documentation and data
- Participate in talent acquisition by interviewing, onboarding, and mentoring new finance team members
- Apply independent judgment and discretion in day-to-day decision making
- Oversee monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy across all accounts
- Manage and optimize key financial operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Night Audit processes, and Payroll administration
- Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as business needs arise
