We’ve been exclusively retained by a fast-growing boutique law firm located on Fifth Avenue in New York City. Known for handling high-stakes commercial litigation, restructuring, and complex transactions, the firm is expanding its transactional practice and seeking a sharp, experienced Transactional Paralegal to support its attorneys on deal execution and client service.

Transactional Paralegal Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a transactional paralegal role
  • Strong background supporting attorneys in real estate, corporate, or private equity transactions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented — able to manage closings, draft docs, and maintain deal calendars
  • Must be proactive, responsive, and able to keep pace in a fast-moving environment
  • Must be present in-office full-time
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and attorneys with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prepare closing checklists, review title/survey documents, and coordinate filings

Transactional Paralegal Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Prior experience at a boutique transactional or real estate-focused law firm
  • Exposure to real estate finance, joint venture agreements, or investor-side closings
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients or private investment firms
  • Familiarity with corporate governance filings or LLC formation a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a solutions-first mindset
