Join the culinary team at one of Tampa’s most exciting and elevated dining experiences. We’re seeking a passionate and disciplined Sous Chef to help lead our high-volume, full-scratch kitchen. Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook role within $10 million in annual sales, a full-service scratch kitchen
- Strong working knowledge of BOH operations, including food and labor cost management, prep and production planning, and vendor ordering
- Ability to lead and train BOH team members of 10 or more with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
- Familiarity with systems such as Restaurant365, Toast POS, and scheduling/inventory platforms
- Currently ServSafe certified in the Tampa area.
Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with wood-fired or live-fire cooking is a strong plus
- Background in contemporary American cuisine or chef-driven concepts
- Demonstrated ability to mentor cooks, refine systems, and uphold a guest-first culture
