A well-established regional distribution organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their night shift leadership team. This in-person position is essential to keeping their fast-paced warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise night shift operations and warehouse team
  • Hands-on role: picking, receiving, inventory, quality checks
  • Train and support new hires and temps
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment use
  • Report directly to the Warehouse Manager

Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:

  • 5+ years managing direct reports in warehouse/distribution
  • Manufacturing background required
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business preferred
  • Able to lift 10–15 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
