Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
- Responsible for daily operations including
- Familiar with scheduling, ordering, training, and development
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years in a fine dining leadership role
- Excellent wine knowledge and beverage operations skills
- Ability to motivate and drive performance
- A creative spirit and commitment to excellence
