We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our growing team! If you are interested in joining a dynamic group that is a Toledo staple, we are looking for outgoing and driven hospitality professionals!

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

· A minimum of 5 years of experience demonstrating leadership

· Strong tenure with no more than 2 companies in the last 5 years

· Effective experience managing P&L statements of $3M+

· Independent learners eager to work their way up within the company

· Entrepreneurial spirit willing to take on new projects and set systems

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities and Traits:

· Hands-on management style — willing to work on the floor daily

· Strong attention to detail — curious and continuously in pursuit of improvement

· Comfortable with coaching, driving excellence

· Able to build relationships quickly and build solid teams

· High energy, positive, and passionate about hospitality
