A Premier Dallas Private School is seeking a High School Math Teacher to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and nurture young learners in a values-driven, academically rigorous environment that supports the whole child—intellectually, emotionally, and socially.

What You'll Do
- Teach introductory and upper-level courses in High School Math up to and including AP Pre-Calculus,
- Create a warm, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture that reflects AYA’s commitment to academic excellence and character development.
- Design engaging lessons that integrate technology.
- Monitor and assess student growth through formative and summative assessments, providing timely and individualized feedback.
- Collaborate closely with fellow educators.
- Effective communication with parents and guardians.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the life of the school community.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience in High School or College-level math.
- Five or more years of experience in teaching upper school math.
- Familiarity with best practices in literacy instruction, inquiry-based learning, and differentiated teaching strategies.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for fostering a love of learning, building relationships with students, and meeting diverse learning needs.
