Commercial Real Estate Property Accountant Benefits:
-Starting salary of $75K-$85K
-5% Annual Bonus
-Strong Benefits package
-401K with match
-PTO
Commercial Real Estate Property Responsibilities & Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in accounting
-Own A/R and A/P
-Distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports
-Assist with the annual budgeting process
-Enter journal entries and reconcile the balance sheet
-Financial software experience
-CAM real estate experience is preferred although not a requirement
