Chef / Executive Kitchen Manager – Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership through effective coaching, guidance, and development of kitchen staff
  • Foster a kitchen culture built on mutual respect and accountability — integrity at the core
  • Uphold high-quality execution with a strong eye for operational details
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver consistently memorable guest experiences
  • Ensure seamless execution in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Oversee portion accuracy, recipe compliance, prep list completion, and minimize waste

Chef / Executive Kitchen Manager – Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years leading a full-service, high-volume kitchen in a systems-driven, casual or upscale-casual concept
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with positivity, support, and an example-driven mindset in a scratch-made environment
  • Must thrive in a high-energy, fast-moving kitchen
  • Track record of maintaining quality, exceeding expectations, and fostering strong team relationships
  • Must be well-versed in inventory control and ordering procedures
  • Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation best practices
  • Solutions-focused, hands-on leader with a proactive approach to challenges
