Restaurant Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • High volume experience needed
  • Oversee, train, and develop all staff. 
  • Ensures a high level of guest satisfaction and cultivates return business. 
  • Leadership mentality with the ability to motivate and build a strong team.
