We are seeking an experienced and service-driven General Manager to lead the opening of an intimate fine-dining restaurant. This is a unique opportunity to build a team and culture from the ground up, shaping every detail of the guest experience. The ideal candidate brings a deep commitment to hospitality, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership.
General Manager Compensation & Benefits

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Proven ability to open new restaurants, including staff recruitment and systems setup
- Strong operational skills including labor management, financial oversight, and vendor coordination
- Experienced in compliance, scheduling, and training, with a hands-on leadership style
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Background in tasting menus, wine-forward programs, or elevated service models
- Skilled in building teams and establishing culture from the ground up
- Strong presence on the floor, leading service and guest relations by example
- Knowledgeable in facility setup, safety protocols, and vendor partnerships for openings
