Commercial HVAC Foreman – Benefits and Compensation:

Commercial HVAC Foreman – Requirements & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Comfortable leading a crew of 2–10 on active construction sites
• Ability to read blueprints and layouts, order/manage materials, and ensure safety and compliance
• Hands-on knowledge of ductwork, sheet metal, and piping
• Must be able to coordinate with GCs, PMs, and other trades
• Valid driver's license; must be able to lift/carry materials as needed

Commercial HVAC Foreman – Preferred Background & Skills:

• Previous foreman or lead experience
• EPA certification and OSHA 10/30
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Interest in mentoring junior techs and helpers
