Commercial HVAC Foreman Responsibilities:
- Lead HVAC crew of 2 to 10 on commercial construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and layouts
- Coordinate with PMs, GCs, and other trades
- Troubleshoot systems and ensure code compliance
- Order/manage materials and enforce jobsite safety
- Train, mentor, and supervise techs and helpers
Commercial HVAC Foreman Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
- Prior foreman experience is ideal, but willing to entertain someone who's looking for an advancement
- Strong knowledge of ductwork, sheet metal, piping
- Can read prints, manage timelines, and juggle priorities
- EPA & OSHA 10/30 a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/carry as needed
