We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Indio, CA, to manage public works projects, with a focus on the Water Treatment Plant refit and renovation. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure projects in a dynamic and growing community.

Project Engineer Qualifications: 

·       4+ years of experience working for a contractor 

·       Strong knowledge of public works project management 

·       Excellent organizational and communication skills 

·       Ability to manage projects from planning to completion 

·       Proficient in preparing and reviewing project plans and reports 

·       Ability to work onsite at Indio office

Project Engineer Preferred Background: 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or Construction Management (BSCM) 

·       Experience with sewage treatment or similar infrastructure projects 

·       Proven ability to coordinate with contractors and stakeholders 

·       Strong problem-solving skills in project execution 

·       Familiarity with water reclamation, thermal wastewater treatment and/or related systems 

·       Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
